Short term opportunities

Parkhurst often has access to properties that are in need of repositioning or restructuring, resulting in significant shorter term gains.  These properties do not fit buying criteria for our Limited Partnerships, but offer tremendous potential for significant capital growth in a 1-3 year time frame.

These properties are often sold into our Limited Partnership offerings once the project is completed, supplying the end buyer for the property up front.  Either that, or offered to the open market, or sold as individual condominium units in the case of some multi-family properties.
